Business data is spread across dozens of tools — too fragmented for any AI to navigate reliably. Getting consistent answers today means hiring a full-time data analyst.
Synquil is your AI data analyst. It consolidates and maintains your data into a single, always-current foundation — so your AI gives you real answers, not approximations.
Start with a single source at no cost. Scale as your needs grow.
Connect your data, see what's possible.
Your business data, always queryable.
Real-time data for teams that move fast.
Enterprise-scale data, always fresh, always queryable.
All your sources merged into one clean, normalised database. No more spreadsheet archaeology or hunting across disconnected tools.
Automatic, scheduled updates keep your AI working from current data — not a stale export from three weeks ago.
A hosted MCP server your AI tools can query directly in plain English. Not another dashboard to build and maintain.
Plain English queries — no SQL, no dashboards, no waiting on a report.

“We were spending three hours every Monday pulling together a status report from four different spreadsheets. Now I just ask Claude. It's embarrassingly effective.”

Synquil keeps a synced, up-to-date copy of your business data — from tools like Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, Shopify, QuickBooks, and Stripe — so every AI tool you use gives the same correct answer, instead of each one calling out to your apps separately and sometimes getting it wrong or out of date. You connect your sources once, and Synquil keeps the data current and available to Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and other AI tools through a single secure connection.
Yes. Synquil connects to your HubSpot account, keeps a synced copy of your contacts, deals, and pipeline data, and makes it available to Claude so you can ask questions about your CRM in plain English and get answers based on current data, not a stale export. Under the hood, Synquil authenticates with HubSpot over OAuth and exposes the synced data to Claude through a hosted MCP server.
Yes. Synquil works with Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Windsurf. You set up your data sources once in Synquil, and every connected AI tool draws from the same current, consistent copy of your data instead of its own separate connection to each app.
No. Your data is never used to train any AI model, by Synquil or by any third party. It is stored in your own isolated database and used only to answer the queries you or your connected AI tools make.
If you cancel your Synquil subscription, your synced data and the connections that produced it are deleted from our systems and nothing is retained or used afterward. You can also disconnect individual sources or revoke access at any time before cancelling, and the data in your original tools — HubSpot, Google Sheets, and so on — is never touched or modified by Synquil.
When each AI tool connects to your data sources separately, every tool calls a different API at a different moment and can end up with a different, sometimes stale or wrong, version of the same answer. Synquil keeps one synced, current copy of your data and gives every AI tool you use access to that same copy, so they all give the same correct answer instead of each one fetching data separately and sometimes getting it wrong. Technically, Synquil unifies your sources into one Postgres schema on a recurring sync schedule and serves it through a single hosted MCP server, rather than having each AI client make live, uncoordinated API calls to each tool.
Your AI agent gives inconsistent answers because it's working from whatever is in front of it at that moment — a stale export you pasted in earlier, one tool's API called with no context from your other tools, or whatever you happened to paste into the chat that day. The same question asked in two different tools, or on two different days, can come back with two different answers. Synquil fixes this by keeping one synced, current copy of your business data that every AI tool reads from, so the answer doesn't depend on which tool you asked or when you asked it.
Yes — your data stays encrypted, you control exactly what's connected, and you can revoke access at any time. Technically, Synquil authenticates with each data source over OAuth, encrypts credentials and synced data at rest, isolates each customer's data in its own database schema, and only allows read-only, validated queries through the MCP server.
Learn more about trust & security →Connect each tool to Synquil once — Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, and the rest — and Synquil collects the data, resolves naming and structural differences between sources, and keeps the result synced on a schedule so it never goes stale. That consolidated, cleaned-up copy is what every AI tool you use queries from, instead of each one working from its own partial or out-of-date view. There's no separate export, cleanup spreadsheet, or manual reconciliation step required on your end.
Read the full guide →Yes. Give your AI assistant this skill — https://synquil.com/skill.md — and it can connect your data sources and get your schema live with almost no manual steps. You still need to verify your email when you sign up and click "Authorize" once per OAuth-based source (Google Sheets, HubSpot, and similar) — those two checks can't be skipped — but everything else, including connecting a database or CSV file, your AI can do on its own.
